FAQs about my Sessions

It is important to note that the healing process is very individual. 

• I will explain what Reiki and or Crystal / Aura healing is and ask you about your intentions for the session. You can share as much or as little as you feel comfortable with.
• You can lie down, fully clothed, on a treatment table or sit upright in a chair – it is preferred that shoes are taken off so you can relax.
• Your Chakra energy will be assessed using a Crystal pendulum – known as ‘dowsing’. 
• For Reiki, I will work intuitively with your energy and place my hands just above or in front of your body (front and back) in sequences of positions. 
• For Crystal and Aura healing, Crystals will be placed on or within close proximity of your body and we may go through a personal guided mediation and use singing bowls or place fabric colour swatches on your body.
• Unlike massage, Reiki and Crystal / Aura healing does not involve any form of physical manipulation and is completely safe for everyone. 
• You do not need to remove any clothing and no private parts of your body are ever touched. 
• During your session, you may experience slight twitching, warmth or cold, tingling sensations, or you may feel nothing at all.
• After a session it is perfectly normal to feel emotional which can include crying, sadness or feelings of ecstasy which is expected and reconfirms the healing process is working.

Some clients experience benefits straight away but for others it takes longer – this is all very individual and varies person to person. These treatments are not for illness or diseases and should not take the place of medical advice or medical treatment. Healing and medicine are two very different disciplines. 

Yes. All these sessions are safe for children. Anyone under 16 should provide parental or guardian consent before attending an appointment. Parents or guardians have to be present during the session for anyone under 16.

Absolutely not! These treatments do not physically hurt you. The healing techniques that I use are powerful but very gentle. You might feel changes in temperature e.g. hot or cold, you may feel very relaxed and fall asleep, feel tingling or feel nothing at all. Reiki is safe for everyone. 

Occasionally some clients may uncover deep emotions or grief to work through. Don’t worry about that aspect or let it put you off. Keep in mind the reason you have arrived to this point which is to grow, evolve and be a better, happier version of you.

Handle crystals with love and respect!

Crystals absorb and transfer energy so it is important to take a minute to cleanse and program them to match your intentions before using.

Simply hold the crystals purchased from Chakras Balanced under light running water (not all crystals can be placed in water) or leave them to bask in glorious moonlight to cleanse - this is the safest method if you're unsure.

A short meditation session with your Chakras Balanced products can help you attune to the crystal energy - treat your gorgeous new products as you would other crystal products.

When will I get my order?

Once you have made your payment via PayPal, your products will reach you within  7 days. This is applicable to all orders within the USA, U.K and Australia.

Refund & Returns Policy 

These products with crystals for Chakra balancing vibes have been hand crafted and undergone quality control so you should receive your products intact and as described. 

Time to time, there may be accidental damage to your product during shipping which is out of my control. Email me at Zeena@ChakrasBalanced.com for issues with delivery or to process a refund.

If it's not love at first sight, you can choose to return your order within 14 days of receiving it.  It should be unused, with its original packaging and in the same condition you received it. You’ll need proof of purchase and you will have to cover the return postage cost for refunds in this scenario. 

If you change your mind once you've placed your order, cancellations and full refunds will be permitted if done so before your item has been dispatched.

Your refund will be processed once the item has been received and can take up to a further 14 days to appear in the account you paid from.
