I transitioned from the world of corporate work to human energetics over half a decade ago. Because my learning, my shifts and transformation have been profound. I couldn't keep all that I had learned and experienced to myself. I had a deep calling to support others, to share wonderful tools and tips to invite in lasting inner peace that starts from within. 

I have come to learn, that we often face similar themes and challenges through life yet so often we struggle in bewildering ways, searching for more sustainable ways to find and embody more harmony and alignment.

It is my great honour to have supported hundreds of souls with their deep desire to find exactly this through:

• Sharing some of my toughest challenges in my self help book 'Chakras Balanced' and ways in which to start to break free from inner anguish, hurt and pain. Using your chakra energy as your compass. 

• Working one to one with clients to support the decoding of emotions through the lens of the wonderful chakra system with a tailored approach to unpacking all that is surfacing. 

• Paving the way to energetic transformation through my unique 12-week blueprint for chakra mastery programme with unlimited online support through this journey.
