GRATITUDE
Did you know that expressing gratitude is one of the quickest ways to change your vibration from negative to positive?
How much of the day do you allocate to expressing gratitude for what you have?
The word 'gratitude' is derived from the Latin word gratia, which can mean grace or gratefulness depending on the context. When we feel and express gratitude our grace flows and the universe automatically works with us to bring about more of this feeling. Our thoughts and actions become our reality. Have you noticed that when you leave the house in a happy mood, you are met with more smiling faces than when you leave upset or disgruntled? Or if you leave disgruntled, more of that feeling follows you throughout the day?
In each day, there are 1,440 minutes. Will you use just some of these minutes to be grateful?
Watch your life change with these small adjustments
A quick and easy daily gratitude ritual I like to practice is when I wake up. Before rising from bed, I give thanks to the universe for giving me another day. The ritual doesn't have to be lengthy and can vary day by day. Sometimes I give thanks for the big things and some days it's for small things. Why not give it a try? You'll quickly notice a positive change to your coming days.
